Ultra Support launch new branding at new home
“At Ultra Support were excited to launch our new branding at our new home in Melksham, Wiltshire”.
Says, Pete Hodgson – Managing Director of Ultra Support
The perfect timing
Next year we celebrate our half-decade anniversary. To mark our new autonomy at our new home it is perfect timing for a fresh new look and to launch our new branding at our new home. The catalyst was the acquisition of the three other entities of the Ultratec Group earlier this year by Restore plc. Ultra Support are now fully independent and remain under the original ownership and management.
So, while we pay homage to our heritage and the support in the early days, born out of the group’s 27 years in business, we’re excited to be able to fully focus on what will be a bright future ahead for Ultra Support and our customers.
Our new home
When deciding the new location of, what would be our new HQ, there were a number of considerations. We wanted a comfortable working environment that the team could call home, while geographically we wanted it to be centrally placed for our customers’ needs. So based on those criteria we decided to make the move to Wiltshire. It also happens that many of the team were Wiltshire based.
The facility has been completely remodelled to suit our exacting needs and can easily be reached by car or train. You’re more than welcome to stop by for a tour and coffee, give us a call and we’d be delighted to make the arrangements. You can find us here.
The new look
When designing our new branding, we wanted to pay a nod to our past and have preserved our corporate colour of purple. The colour purple is often associated with luxury, power, and ambition. Purple also represents the meanings of wealth, creativity, wisdom, dignity, devotion, peace, pride, independence, and magic. Ok, magic might be pushing it, but we can aim high!
Our icon, the fan blades, signifies uptime and continuous operation, which is our primary focus in terms of hardware support. It also pays respects to the windmill, an ecological and sustainable power source. Which we feel echoes our desire to keep products and systems operating reliably for longer, post manufacturer’s warranty and EOSL (End-of-Service-Life), rather than retirement and disposal.
Finally, we’d just like to thank our customers and partners for their continuous support. We are looking forward to exciting times ahead growing and developing relationships as well as our service offerings.
